The Baltimore Ravens are trying to stay on track for a playoff spot in the AFC and things won’t get any easier as they will look to get back on track against the Cleveland Browns.
The Ravens have won their last two games and currently hold the sixth and final playoff spot in the AFC. They are 1.5 games behind the Cleveland Browns and 6.5 games ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Ravens have been trending up since a 26-3 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. In the three game winning streak, the Ravens have been averaging 28 points per game.
They will face a Browns team that is looking to get their first win of the season. The Browns are last in the NFL in total yards, pass defense and total yards per game.
Head coach Hue Jackson is still in his first season with the Browns but has been very vocal about wanting to be fired.
Meanwhile, Baltimore rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson has been taking over for starter Joe Flacco.
Jackson has done a solid job and has had an 80 percent completion rate in the three games. He threw for three touchdowns and threw for two more in the Ravens 30-17 win over the Baltimore Jaguars. Jackson did throw a pick in the game.
Jackson will be facing a tough secondary in the Browns. He will have a lot of battles to deal with and while he will give Baltimore’s offense points, his mistakes will come back to hurt the Ravens.
Ravens fans will want to know all about the Browns game.
